Preparation

1. Clean and Etch/Sand

   Clean the tub with MicroClean Step I Cleaner. Depending on the tub material, etch or sand the surface. For previously resurfaced tubs, old coatings may need to be removed before applying our new coatings . Follow with Step II Cleaner or Surface Wash.

2. Repair

   Repair imperfections using Profil™ Compound after cleaning and etching.

3. Apply Primer and Bonding Agent

   Use QuickPrep™ 2000 Wipe-On Primer and Bonding Agent to ensure optimal adhesion on porcelain, fiberglass, or refinished tubs.

Primer Options

• High-build, durable system that reduces surface prep time by filling minor imperfections.
• Low-odor, low VOC system ideal for areas with strict regulations.

Topcoat Options

• gloss, durable finish available in 48, 24, or 4-hour cure times. Each curing time is different price.
